By creating an account, you can make purchases, manage your purchases, and access support content. You must enter your name, address, email address, phone number, and password in order to create an online account.  Our website has access to all your personal information, including your passwords, however, we do not encrypt your passwords. 

 

*Providing the information directly to us: We may require specific information from you in order to provide our design services effectively or help you with a particular inquiry. It may be that you provide us with information on your own accord, whether that is through our tech support sessions or our online services. In both cases, your consent is being given for us to collect, use, and store your personal information. We will use your information to answer your inquiries, use the “contact us” form on our website, purchase a template, or complete our client intake form, interact with our support or customer service teams, or comment on social media. It is important to realize that our social media platforms are public. Anyone can see what is posted so don’t post anything you wouldn’t want someone else to see.

WHAT ABOUT MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?

Accepting credit card payments online is a great convenience for us. This is an easy-to-use solution that's fast, convenient, and easy to understand. Although we understand that providing credit card information online can sometimes feel a bit risky, we appreciate your trust. Credit card transactions are processed through third parties that are PCI compliant, and your credit card information is never seen by us. We currently use Stripe to process credit card transactions.

We at The Real Estate Creative Studio are a small team of talented individuals that really are more like a family! To make our job a little easier, we use third-party software and apps. It is possible for these apps to store, process, or share some personal information. Among some of the programs, we are currently using are Gmail, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Dropbox, Google Drive,  Stripe, Tailwind, and Wix. 

 

We reserve the right to transfer your information to a new owner if we are involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of major assets. Any substantial change in our ownership or transfer of your personal information will be notified to you in advance.

 

·Law Enforcement: On occasion, we may need to share your personal information with law enforcement. When it is necessary to protect our business or our clients, we will only share your information when we believe, in good faith, that doing so is necessary. Example: We must report information when we believe fraud or misappropriation has occurred, when we believe that our property or safety, or a client's property or safety, is at risk, or when a legal warrant or subpoena has been issued. Since The Real Estate Creative Studio is headquartered in the United States, most of our data is stored and processed there, but at times, some of it is stored in foreign countries. Our company makes every effort to use the best software and apps when it comes to using third-party software. We check out the company's security standards before storing, sharing, and processing your personal information with them.. This Policy includes links to third-party websites and apps that we currently use. We strongly recommend that you take the time to read their privacy policies, as we are not liable for any breach of privacy or data security caused by their negligence.

 

WHEN IT COMES TO DATA SAFETY

​ The systems and procedures we have in place safeguard your information physically, electronically, and managerially. Unfortunately, no online system can guarantee that your information is 100% secure. The use of antivirus software, restricting computer access, and changing your passwords from "123abc" can help make sure that your information is not compromised by viruses or system failures. In the unlikely event that your personal information is compromised due to a security breach on our end, we will be sure to notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

CHILDREN'S PROTECTION

Children under the age of 13 should not use our services. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from anyone under this age limit, we immediately delete it. The 0-12-year-old children out there, thinking about their real estate design future, do have our admiration. You must have the permission of your parent or guardian to access our online services if you are 13 or younger. It is also important to keep in mind that your country may have stricter age restrictions if you live outside the United States. Although you may be older than 13, there is a chance you won't be legally allowed to access our online services. Moreover, in order to purchase any of the template packages we offer, you must be over the age of 18.

Our lives change as the times do. As the laws surrounding privacy evolve and our privacy practices change, we may modify this Policy. You can see when this Policy was last revised at the top of this document. We will send you an email if we think a change we are making will materially impact how we use your information. Other minor changes we make to our privacy practices will be reflected in an updated policy, and it is your responsibility to check our policy periodically to ensure you have understood it. We will use your information in just the ways described in the updated policy if you continue to access or use our services after the policy is revised.

RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Rock, Paper, Scissors are used to resolve disagreements over our privacy practices. Using our services constitutes an agreement that if rock,paper,scissors does not bring both parties together, then independent mediation and/or arbitration will be employed to settle the dispute before going to court. All mediation and arbitration costs will be shared between us, except for attorney fees, which each of us will pay individually.
